DPL’s Experts Share Industry-Driven AI Engineering Expertise at FAST-NUCES Islamabad
DPL, an AI-first software engineering company, brought its industry expertise to the classroom through a specialized AI Development Life Cycle (AI-DLC) training session for the Computer Science faculty at FAST-NUCES, Islamabad Campus.
Organized in partnership with Future At Work and FAST-NUCES, with Knowledge Future and DPL contributing to the initiative, the session focused on closing the gap between academic theory and the realities of modern software engineering.
Leading the training were DPL mentors Nauman Faridi and Hazar Hayat.
Nauman Faridi, Chief Transformation Officer at DPL and National Board Chairman of Agile Pakistan, brought a transformation-focused perspective to the session. He drew on his experience in leadership and organizational transformation to explore how engineering teams and organizations must evolve alongside AI.
Meanwhile, Hazar Hayat, DPL’s solutions architect AI and engineering expert, complemented this perspective with practical insights into AI-driven development and execution. His input allowed faculty to connect emerging methodologies with real-world engineering practices.

The initiative was spearheaded by Dr. Arshad Islam, HOD of Computer Science at FAST-NUCES Islamabad, whose commitment to industry-aligned learning made the collaboration possible.
