DPL ranked 92 among the top 100 global companies recognized for employee sentiment and satisfaction, highlighting its commitment to building a culture of trust, autonomy, and innovation.
DPL is honored to be part of the prestigious 2025 Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces®. The list, which is developed by Newsweek Magazine and Most Loved Workplace®, a division of Best Practice Institute (BPI), highlights global organizations which employees love working at.
According to DPL’s CEO and co-founder Syed Ahmad, this honor affirms the values that have shaped DPL’s growth and culture from the start.
“Being named one of the world’s Most Loved Workplaces® by Newsweek is a powerful validation of our core belief: when you put people first, performance follows,” he said. “This recognition reflects the passion, trust, and innovation that drive our team every day.”
“Being the only company from Pakistan and even South Asia to be featured on Newsweek’s list is a deeply humbling and proud moment for us. It reaffirms our belief that when you lead with trust, empathy, and purpose, exceptional things can happen,” he further added.
The 2025 Global Most Loved Workplaces® list was curated based on the responses of over two million employees at the nominated organization. Specifically, regarding five areas:
- Employees’ positive outlook about their future at the company
- How much employees have achieved during their career
- The alignment of the organization’s values with employee values
- The respect employees across all levels receive
- The level of collaboration
In addition to the above, the list also takes into consideration factors such as diversity and belonging and professional development. Moreover, Newsweek’s global editorial team carries out research to finalize the companies prioritizing trust, belonging, and respect in their business and workplace culture.
“As we mark five years of recognizing the world’s Most Loved Workplaces®, it’s an honor to spotlight companies that place employee well-being at the center of their workplace cultures,” said Jennifer H. Cunningham, Newsweek’s Global Editor in Chief. “In today’s rapidly changing world, this year’s list reflects a growing global shift toward human-centered leadership as a key driver of resilience and success.”
