Trade Expeditors Pakistan Partners with DPL to Launch nGAGE and Boost Employee Engagement

Trade Expeditors Pakistan (TEP) has officially partnered with DPL to roll out nGAGE, DPL’s employee engagement software, as part of their effort to improve internal processes and put more focus on their people. TEP, based in Islamabad, works as the back office for TEU Global, a logistics company in the US.

TEP is made up of a diverse and skilled team of supply chain experts. They support their US-based principals, always looking for the best logistics solutions while building strong relationships with customers. They believe in treating people with respect, working with strong ethics, and always aiming to grow.

With these values in mind, TEP wanted to make sure their team feels more involved, heard, and appreciated. That’s where nGAGE comes in. Like RADS, TEP will be using nGAGE to create a more connected and feedback-driven work culture.

The goal is simple: make feedback part of the culture, encourage open conversations, and create a system where performance is easy to track and discuss. With nGAGE, employees can give and receive personal and task-related feedback. This improves communication, strengthens teams, and ensures everyone is aligned.

DPL’s role is to guide TEP through the complete implementation and adoption of nGAGE.

The software includes a personal feedback module based on values and behavior, and a project feedback module to help managers review tasks effectively. The attendance and leave module will make managing time off and presence much simpler and more transparent for everyone on the team.

In addition to the software rollout, DPL will provide detailed consulting services focused on enabling TEP’s leadership.
This includes feedback training, coaching on how to handle feedback constructively, and setting up a culture where feedback becomes the norm. The long-term goal is to use this system for monthly, quarterly, and six-monthly performance evaluations.

The setup and rollout will take five weeks, followed by two weeks of support and coaching. It starts with onboarding in the first two weeks, testing in weeks three and four, and a full company launch in week five. DPL will then support TEP through coaching sessions to ensure smooth operations.

Waleed Baqir Riaz, Co-founder of DPL, shared:
“TEP is a high-performance organization with a powerful vision and a deeply value-driven team. With nGAGE, we’re helping build a system where feedback becomes a habit, performance becomes transparent, and people feel empowered to grow. I truly believe nGAGE will become a core asset in TEP’s journey to becoming a top-tier global logistics partner.”

Welcome aboard, Trade Expeditors Pakistan. Let’s reimagine engagement, together.
